Some Samsung devices may have Hotspot 2.0 disabled by default, and this is a requirement to utilize the Helium Mobile Hotspots. If you are having trouble connecting with your Samsung Device, please verify that your Hotspot 2.0 setting is active.
To verify if it is enabled, head to:
Settings
Network & Internet
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi preferences
Passpoint
While you are on the Passpoint page, verify that Hotspot 2.0 is active, if it is not, enable it. After you have enabled it, please then try to refresh your certificate and attempt another connection.
