New Deployments (Freshly Onboarded Hotspot): Any hotspot that is newly onboarded will automatically enter the two-week Demand Sampling window once onboarding is complete.
Old Deployments (Already Onboarded Hotspot): If you are redeploying a previously onboarded hotspot, you can manually trigger Demand Sampling by reasserting its location to the new deployment location.
