What is Rewardable Data?

Updated yesterday

Rewardable data is real user mobile data traffic that passes through a Helium Hotspot and qualifies the hotspot owner for data offload rewards.

Each Helium Mobile subscriber plan has a rewardable data limit that’s determined by the price of their plan:

Plan Type

Plan Price

Rewardable Data Limit

$0

1.5 GB

$15

30 GB

$30

60 GB

After a Subscriber reaches their rewardable data limit they will no longer be able to generate rewardable data until their monthly limit has reset.

Subscribers will still be able to connect even after they have reached their rewardable data limit via Continous Connectivity. While Builders will not receive additional rewards for users connecting after they have reached their rewardable data limit, Continuous Connectivity benefits the overall subscriber experience.
