Make sure you are installing the Hotspot facing its users. Signals can pass through glass, but trees, buildings and other objects may block or reflect them.

Utilize the included Hotspot mount, and mount your hotspot on a pole, so you can easily direct it towards users.

Make sure you are mounting it high enough to avoid signal loss from structures like trees or buildings, and make sure to tilt it down the higher you place it.
