Helium Mobile subscribers leverage the Helium Network whenever its available to provider service. However, if people-built coverage is not available, subscriber data is transferred using our partner’s nationwide 5G network. At the moment, Coverage Planner shows only Helium Network coverage.
I see gaps in coverage, does that mean those location don’t have Helium Mobile service?
