It takes 48 hours for a device to appear on the Coverage Map. If your Hotspot has been onboarded to the Helium Network with the Helium Mobile Builder app and/or the radio has been CPI approved, but it still doesn't appear after 48 hours, please open a support ticket.

Additionally, please make sure you are meeting all Proof-of-Coverage (PoC) requirements. See Glossary > Key Helium Network HIPs.

Only Hotspots and radios that met the PoC requirements for the past Reward Period are displayed on the Coverage Map.
