I cannot connect to my Helium Mobile Hotspot’s WiFi network to begin the registration process. What do I do?

Ensure that your Helium Mobile Hotspot is powered on and connected to your router per the setup guide instructions. Log into your local network router admin page to verify that you can see the Helium Mobile Hotspot currently on the list of attached devices on the network. Its name should be its MAC address, which can be found on the bottom of the Hotspot itself, as well as on the box it came in.
