I am unable to scan my QR code; what can I do?

If you are having difficulty scanning the QR code on the Helium Mobile Hotspot, you can try:

  1. The Helium Mobile Hotspot box will have a much larger and clearer QR code on the side of the box; try scanning this code instead:

  2. If you still are having trouble scanning the QR code, please try to capture the photo on a separate device, and then scan the enlarged photo itself with a separate device using the Helium Mobile App.
