Currently the Helium Builder app which is used to access your Helium Mobile Wallet, does not support the display and management of 5G CBRS Gateways. At this time it is only available to be used for the management of your Indoor & Outdoor Helium Mobile Hotspots exclusively.

DO NOT initiate a transfer of your 5G CBRS Gateways to the Helium Mobile Wallet at this time. Currently the transfer will be successful and you will lose access to your Gateway once the transfer is completed. Helium Mobile will not be able to recover your Gateway or reverse the transfer.

While the Gateway will continue to operate without issues and generate rewards, it will only be visible via your Helium Mobile Dashboard and you will no longer be able to claim the rewards, or perform any management options to your gateway such as: Hotspot Transfers, Location Reassertion and more. Helium Mobile has no ability to recover your rewards and disclaims all liability should you transfer the CBRS Gateway to an unsupported wallet.

We are currently working on implementing 5G CBRS Gateway support into the Helium Builder application, but as of right now it is not available and we ask that you keep all 5G CBRS Gateways in their original wallets.
