What is the Light the Way Promo?

Customers who purchase a Helium Mobile Hotspot indoor or Helium Mobile Hotspot outdoor will receive a code for a free Enchanted Helium Mobile Hotspot candle and a $50 credit to the Helium Mobile Merch Store (merch.hellohelium.com). The total retail value is $70.

Limit one code per customer. The free candle and $50 store credit can only be redeemed once, regardless of multiple orders.

When is the Light the Way Promo available?

This promo is only available for Hotspots purchased September 19, 2024, 10:00am PT to September 23, 2024, 11:59pm PT. Promo cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

How can I claim my free candle and $50 credit to the Merch Store?

Each individual customer receives one code, regardless of multiple Hotspot orders.

  • Once your Hotspot order has been confirmed, you will receive an email by September 30, 2024 from Helium Mobile with your unique code to claim your free candle and $50 credit.

    • The email will come from [email protected].

    • The email containing your unique code will be sent to the same email address used to purchase the Helium Mobile Hotspot and may appear in your spam inbox.

  • Enter the code at checkout at merch.hellohelium.com

    • By using this code, you'll receive a $50 credit applied to your Merch Store purchase. Your free candle will not appear in your cart, however, it will be shipped with your order automatically.

How much time do I have to claim this promo?

Please note: your unique code will expire October 31, 2024 at 11:59pm PT. You have until October 31, 2024 to use your unique code to claim your free candle and $50 credit to the Merch Store.

My code isn’t working, what do I do?

Anything to do with your unique code to claim your free Enchanted Candle and $50 Merch Store Credit, please reach out to the Merch Support directly by filing a ticket regarding your unique code.
