I onboarded my Helium Mobile Hotspot and now I can’t see it in Helium Mobile Builder.

One of the most common causes for this is logging into the incorrect wallet after onboarding.

Make sure that you are logged into the same Helium Wallet or Helium Mobile Wallet you used when you onboarded your Hotspot.
