Migrate from Helium Wallet to Helium World
Follow these steps to migrate your hotspots and supported tokens to Helium World.
Step 1: Open Settings in Helium Wallet
In the Helium Wallet app, open Settings for the wallet you want to migrate. Tap Migrate to Helium World.
Step 2: Start the migration
Review the Helium World migration information, then tap Get started.
Migration is free, and you can continue using the Helium Wallet app until you are ready to migrate.
Step 3: Choose how to continue
Tap Log in with email to create or access your Helium World account. Helium World will take you through the steps to create your new Privvy wallet. If you have already previously created a Helium World account and Privvy wallet it will utilize that account to migrate your supported assets for you.
If you already control a wallet on Helium World, you can select Use your own wallet instead.
Step 4: Review your assets
Review the hotspots and tokens selected for migration. Tap Edit if you need to change the selection.
Some tokens may not be eligible for automatic migration. These tokens will remain in your original Helium Wallet.
When you are ready, tap Review migration.
Step 5: Confirm the migration
Check the following information carefully:
The source and destination wallets
The number of hotspots being migrated
When everything is correct, tap Confirm & migrate.
Step 6: Wait for the migration to finish
Keep the app open while your migration is submitted and processed. Do not restart the migration or close the app while a batch is processing.
Step 7: Open Helium World
When Migration complete appears, tap Go to Helium World to view your migrated assets.
You can also tap Done to exit.
Reminder: Never share your recovery words or private key. Neither is required for this migration process.
